I prioritize education and ensure that my clients are an active part of the training process. I work closely with your health care team to ensure the highest quality care and will provide resources and information about pelvic health, exercise during pregnancy, labor, and more.

I believe in health at any size. If you do not come to me looking specifically for weight loss, we will not discuss weight loss. Your goals are your goals and I seek always to understand, not change them.

Equipment

No gym, no problem! Equipment isn’t required. As part of our initial consultation, I will conduct an assessment of your training space to determine how best to program for your needs and goals.

Price

Fees vary based on a number of factors. Please contact me to discuss pricing. I offer sliding scale fees to a limited number of clients. If the prices I give you present a financial hardship, please let me know and we can discuss your options.
